doula care for families seeking grounded, nurturing support

Receiving care can transform our experience of big life transitions. The postpartum period is one of intense caregiving, learning, and healing for parents. I come alongside you to bring a sense of ease, reassurance, and comfort. My hope is to build your confidence and reverence for the important work of parenting in the newborn phase and beyond.

Support for your physical healing, practical household help, newborn care, and resources. Postpartum can feel good!

Skilled guidance to build a sustainable, enjoyable feeding relationship, regardless of how you're feeding your baby.

Tailored learning and planning for pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and/or feeding focused on your values, hopes, and curiosities.

Thanks for getting in touch!

I am a white settler of Scottish/Irish/Welsh/English descent living on unceded Lekwungen territory (home to Songhees and Esquimalt nations). I acknowledge the harm caused by generations of settler colonialism on these territories, particularly the impact on family traditions and family structure. I commit to centering anti-colonialism and reproductive justice in my doula practice. I uplift Indigenous birth workers, knowledge keepers, elders, parents, and little ones who are leading the way.
