Jasmine was really helpful for me in helping define my role postpartum. She also gave my wife and I great advice on how to survive as a family, with practical tools and ideas. She has answered many questions that come along with caring for a newborn, and if she didn’t have the answer she went above and beyond to find the answer. Not only does she do an amazing job caring for our kids but she also makes sure to take care of me as well. As you take care of your kids, Jasmine makes sure you’re taken care of with bath reminders, making tea, snacks, etc., which is very helpful. "I cannot begin to say how valuable Jasmine has been to us during this time of adjustment for our family. As a postpartum doula myself, I knew we would benefit from postpartum care when my partner had to return to work early. Jasmine has met and exceeded my expectations, going above and beyond to make sure that not only myself and our baby were cared for, but that the entire home ran smoothly and that my oldest kiddo’s needs were met, too.
Jasmine is great at taking initiative and just finding what things need to be done, as well as checking in to find out what things might be particularly helpful. Grocery shopping, meal prep, laundry, involving my very social and talkative nine year old in her tasks, are just some of the things that have made such a positive difference for us. When we needed more days than Jasmine had available in her schedule, she put us in touch with another phenomenal doula and provided excellent continuity of care by coordinating shifts and care details with the second doula.
